Although
most courses are open to part-time students, admittance may
be subject to a knowledge or skill level assessment and space
permitting.
Part-time students
must also submit proof of having fulfilled course prerequisites
and corequisites.
Please note that private lessons, Performance
Techniques (all levels) and Demo Production 416 are not available
on a part-time basis.
With the exceptions of Basic Theory 1003
and Solfege 1001, all part-time courses are waitlisted
until at least the first week of classes.
The school will start taking names for waitlists
for September 2012 music classes on Wednesday, August 1,
provided the student meets the individual course requirement(s).

Course credits earned as a part-time student
may be applied toward the diploma and/or degree program once
the student has successfully auditioned, provided they are required
by the specific major area of study in which the student is
enrolled.
